I have tried to write this share several times but every time I tried I was not able to find appropriate words/language to truly express my gratitude.
There are no words that can describe our emotions/feelings.
Manish, Vedika (my husband and daughter) and I landed in Dubai on
December 24. We were scheduled to depart for Los Angeles on January 1. A couple
of days later I started feeling unwell but dismissed it as mild asthma which I
sometimes experience. We did pre-travel covid tests on Dec 29 and mine came
back positive. By now I was experiencing body ache and fever. We immediately
started playing NAAM and continued to be in reasonably good spirits throughout
the day. Next morning, I felt dizzy and my heart rate was high. Manish asked me
to pack a bag and took me to the hospital. The doctor who examined me insisted
this was a mild case and didn’t want to admit me. We were convinced and almost
returned home. However, another doctor who was a friend’s friend insisted very
strongly that I get admitted immediately. Manish took her advice and got me
admitted.
After 3 days, the doctors informed me that I was doing well, my case was
mild, and I would get discharged the next day. However, soon after that my condition
suddenly worsened considerably. I developed a gut-wrenching cough and could not
move without experiencing long bouts of breathlessness. My oxygen levels dipped
alarmingly, I was put on oxygen, and was in tremendous pain and discomfort. In
just one day from expecting to be discharged, I went to complete helplessness
and started losing hope. Then I messaged DADA. HE immediately replied “Keep
repeating THE Mantra and Keep your faith strong. Don’t Be scared HE is with
you. We will talk when you get better”. HIS words gave me strength and
it was then I knew it that I will be fine. Soon after HIS message doctors
changed the line of treatment and administered Remdesvir. After the first dose
itself, I started feeling better and then progressively improved daily after
each dose. I was discharged a week later after spending 12 days in the
hospital. We know it was DADA who guided us and protected me. Its only thanks
to HIM that I came home.
As I was getting discharged, the hospital staff asked us how we managed
to get a room at the hospital. They were marveling at the fact that that
hospital agreed to admit me even though I was on a visit visa. Later we learnt
that residents with permanent visas were being turned away and getting a room
in the covid ward was nothing short of a miracle. This was DADA’s Grace
undoubtedly that against the doctor's medical advice and our own inclination to
go home - another doctor at the hospital who was a friend’s friend (who we have
never met – not even now) called Manish and insisted exceptionally strongly we
take the room and then made sure the room was available.
A couple of days after coming home, we realized another miracle that
took place when I was hospitalized. Manish had kept 3 battery packs in my purse
when I left for the hospital. After a couple of days, I could not use the wall
adapter to charge my phone because I was too weak to reach it. So, I started
using battery packs. By now I was playing Naam for almost 10-12 hours a day,
some days up to 15-16 hours on the phone and also using the phone to
communicate. Typically, a battery pack drains after a day. In my case, the
battery packs never ran out. We were not even certain if all 3 were fully
charged. But for 12 days they worked perfectly well. I never ran out of battery
during my 12 days in the hospital. Once again this was DADA’s doing.
A week after coming back home, I started experiencing excruciating pain
in both my knees. The pain was so strong that for 3 days I could not move.
Manish was in touch with doctors who prescribed 4-5 different medicines, but
nothing worked. Even the strongest pain killers failed. Manish and I hardly
slept for 3 days/ nights. Then Manish messaged DADA. DADA replied and in 5
minutes of HIS message the pain started easing. After 3 days and the strongest
possible medication, I was 60 percent better in an hour. By next day I had
recovered almost completely. Yet again this was DADA’s Blessings. There are no
words that can truly express mine and my family’s gratitude.
Thank you, DADA, I see YOUR hand everywhere. I hope we will someday have words to
express my feelings, thoughts and gratitude. It’s only because of your
blessings that I came back home.

Our daughter, Vedika, studies at a University in California. She returned to India in March 2020 due to Covid restrictions. The sudden change of situation and uncertainty regarding return disturbed Vedika and her friends quite a bit. Although they would Zoom regularly, it was not same as being together and we could see they were all quite unhappy.
We advised Vedika to start taking NAAM daily. Every night before sleeping she started chanting. As months wore on, the kids grew despondent. Trump announced restrictions on international students returning to the US. This was later rescinded. University initially declared students would return for the fall semester however at the last minute they changed their decision. Throughout all this Vedika kept chanting regularly. By November the university said it would allow a very limited number of students to return to campus based on their individual circumstances. Vedika and all her friends applied, and all were accepted. Moreover, they would be housed in individual rooms on one floor in a `bio bubble’. The children were ecstatic. This was completely unexpected and miraculous. They were to reach campus in the first week of January. Vedika attributed this miracle to DADA and his advice of chanting daily. Her faith became stronger, and Manish (my husband) and I were very happy.
As we were booking flights, we realized there were no flights to San Francisco (due to covid restrictions) from Dubai or Mumbai. The nearest airport was Los Angeles which is around 600 km or 7 hours away. We did not want Vedika travelling such a long distance alone, so we decided to go with her. Accordingly, we planned to spend a week in Dubai between Christmas and New Year and then leave for Los Angeles. However, I developed Covid in Dubai and was admitted in the hospital on December 31.
This impacted Vedika tremendously. She was very worked up about my health and had never seen me hospitalized. As it became apparent that I will not recover quickly we realized she will not be able to reach the university in time and will lose her much sought after accommodation for the rest of the year. Accordingly, Manish didn’t fully share the details of my health with her and advised her to travel alone. Vedika agreed very very reluctantly. She was not keen to leave Dubai without seeing me but Manish prevailed upon her. We did not want her to travel with an unknown person and started looking for someone trustworthy to pick her up from LA. This was an impossible task as the state had enforced strict covid restrictions. We tried every resource possible but without success. Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE for DADA. With HIS Grace and Blessings, one of Manish’s uncle’s acquaintance, whom he had lost contact with and somehow happened to talk to, volunteered to send his nephew, Navjot, and niece to pick up Vedika. On the day of her arrival, Navjot and his sister left their home at 4 am to travel 600km to LA airport. They picked up Vedika around 2:30 pm. They were extremely nice and careful; they dropped her safely to the campus around 9 pm. They helped her with luggage and took care of her like their own family member.
Vedika is at college now with her friends living in the bio-bubble. She is chanting daily.
DADA thank you for everything. We are TRULY BLESSED.
